In March 2018, I published “100 Educators to Follow on Twitter” which very quickly became popular and well-received. For the past weeks, I have been doing some research, connecting with my PLN and finding the best of the best Educators from every corner of the globe to feature in my series of Location Based Educators to follow. Two weeks ago I featured my top 50 educators based in Asia to follow and last week I featured my top 50 educators based in Australia and New Zealand and will continue to feature more in the series over the coming weeks, followed by a series of “who to follow” for Leaders, Elementary staff, and Secondary staff.
This week we move to Africa and look at my top 50 MUST FOLLOW educators from the beautiful continent of Africa. Enjoy the opportunity to grow your PLN and share your favorites as well. Please remember that there are a lot of people missing from this list – I chose to limit it to 50 (and put them in no particular order) so that others could share their top tweeters as well – collaborative learning is the best!

My best advice is to connect, follow and engage with ALL of these educators. Tag everyone in, share this post and help everyone learn from the best in Africa. Their voices need to be heard further afield.
Good to hear
Thanks, Craig, for compiling this terrific list of connected educators in Africa.
If you want more, I add all Africa-based educators I encounter to this list:
