Firstly, to the amazing supporter’s of #whatisschool – thank you for everything. Thank you for jumping on board and sharing your thoughts, feelings and passions. You are the true winners of this award – without you and your enthusiasm for teaching and learning we would not be where we are today. It is an honour to have started something that so many people love and get so much from in their professional career. Please continue to support #whatisschool in 2015 as we come back on January 15 ready to rock it out, bigger and better!
Secondly, thank you for the continued support of my blog (www.mrkempnz.com). It has been a long journey to get to where I am with my blog and one that I encourage other educators to do. Start a blog, share your reflections, share what you do and share the things that work and don’t work in your educational setting. I want to thank everyone who has supported me since the beginning and for those that continue to read and engage in what I write. Thank you for sharing my ideas with your colleagues and thank you for engaging in discussions with me about the topics that I have shared. Please continue to connect, engage and share in 2015 and beyond! I will be continuing to blog with passion and enthusiasm in 2015 as I embark on some exciting journeys, especially with the confirmed speaking engagements that I have throughout Asia, Australia and New Zealand (and hopefully beyond).
I am honoured to be connected with 9000+ amazing educators around the world via Twitter. Twitter has always been my social media of choice to connect and engage with like-minded educators. I look forward to continuing to network and connect, and hopefully meet more of you face-to-face in 2015.
It has been a whirlwind year as I launched my blog mid-year around the same time that #whatisschool was founded and launched. I am also excited about what the future holds as I embark on more speaking engagements across the world. Thank you for an amazing year! Thank you for the support and I look forward to connecting, collaborating and meeting more of you in 2015.
Stay connected and have a safe and happy holiday break!
