Today we had well over 150 inspirational educators and leaders from all corners of the globe discussing global classroom issues and successes and putting their heads together to create some potential global classroom collaborations.
As #whatisschool grows, so does our ability to connect, collaborate and network. Make sure that you come along each week and every time introduce a colleague or valued member of your PLN to our chat. We have some very exciting things coming very soon so watch this space.
Thank you to everyone who joined today’s #whatisschool chat. My passions are education and connections. There is nothing more true than an interactive chat that encompasses both of these and for that I am truly grateful. Without you, this chat would not be the success that it is today. Today’s discussion involved educators from across the globe, including, USA, Singapore, Thailand, Canada, Australia, Czech Republic, New Zealand, England, Ireland Wales, Argentina and more.
It was a pleasure to have you there – and we trended across the world AGAIN – incredible!
We have done our best to create an edchat space where people can express an unbiased response to questions about schooling, where educators have a voice in shaping the future through their experience, recommendations and interests.
Here is the archive of our chat via @storify – https://storify.com/mrkempnz/what-is-school-global-engagement-whatisschool/ – Please share and make sure you join the conversation next week.
Every week we will post a short reflection like this after our discussion and provide the links to our archive through Storify (as above). Every Monday we will also share the questions for the upcoming session via twitter and our blogs.
